Here is a recipe from www.wellplated.com that I adapted to my taste and the ingredients that I like most. Every now and then I like to switch out pasta for zucchini noodles. I purchased an inexpensive spiralizer and made my own noodles. You can also find them already done for you in your produce section. The girls love this meal!
